I created a set of enamel pins for Curaleaf to gift to associates as they reach various milestones in their employment. Each pin is a symbol of a company pillar. I was given descriptions for each pillar and I designed a unique pin to visually represent Commitment to innovation, One Curaleaf, Driven to deliver and Passionate commitment.

Space travel is rooted in innovation and forward thinking so I created a spaceship to represent this Curaleaf value.

The honeycomb and bee symbolizes operating within a teamwork-based community for a shared goal.

This pillar represents Curaleaf’s bias for action and agility. They celebrate people who take initiative with determination and urgency to push the company forward.
The mountain with a flag at the top symbolizes the determination, effort and drive required to achieve goals.
